Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
